When ordering a consultation, the visitor can choose a time and make a payment in the integrated Calendly system, which cooperates with payment service providers, such as Stripe. In this case:
• Personal data (e.g. name, email, selected time) is transferred to Calendly only to the extent necessary for the reservation and provision of the service.
• Payment information (e.g. bank card details) is not collected or stored by the Website Manager, but is directly processed through Stripe or another payment operator.

Cancellation and refund policies
Booking a consultation
Consultations are booked through the website's integrated booking system (Calendly), where once a time has been selected and payment has been made, the reservation is considered final.
Cancellation and refund conditions:
• If the service provider (Taro Psichologija) cancels the consultation, the client will receive a full refund or, upon agreement with the client, the consultation will be rescheduled to another time.
• If the client does not show up for the consultation or does not cancel it in advance (at least 24 hours in advance), the money will not be refunded.
• A consultation can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge, provided that this is notified no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Exceptions
Since services are provided individually according to the client's order and start at a specific time chosen by the client, according to European Union directives (2011/83/EU), the consumer does not have the right to refuse the service after it has been provided or if he has not used the service at the time provided to him, if he has been informed about this condition in advance.
